Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • The item must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • The return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery

  • Items not returned in new condition may be denied

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Free gifts or promotional items


2. Return & Exchange Process

    Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide step-by-step return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping label and shipping fees (unless the product is defective).

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is approved

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • No restocking fees apply

  • Refund processing time from your bank or payment provider may vary (typically 3–7 business days)
